The qBiomarker PreAMP Synthesis Kit enables preamplification of DNA from up to 12 small or degraded DNA samples prior to analysis with qBiomarker Somatic Mutation PCR Arrays and Assays.

The kit contains the components for qBiomarker PreAMP PCR Mastermix which, together with the qBiomarker PreAMP Mix, uses multiplex PCR-based preamplification to amplify loci-specific DNA target templates with minimal bias for analysis with the qBiomarker Somatic Mutation PCR Arrays or Assays.
